I’ve tried researching this on my own but haven’t been able to find much. I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis & my endocrinologist says I barely have any thyroid left. Would TB-500 help regenerate new thyroid growth & if so where would I inject it?? I plan on taking this along with the BPC-157 (orally) for gut inflammation to see if it can repair leaky gut & digestive issues. Thoughts?

The molecule of this peptide is very big, so it isn’t able to completely fit within a receptor. Each area of the molecule has different functions. For instance, TB 500 is responsible for promoting majority of the useful effects, such as the healing, muscle cells, new blood and repair. In some scenarios, TB 500 could be used rather than the whole Thymosin Beta 4 protein. TB 500’s main ability is to regulate Actin, which is a cell-building protein. There are thousands of proteins found inside of cells, but actin makes up to 10 percent of the total amount of proteins, giving it a major role in the cell’s genetic makeup.

The reason for the difference is the density of oxytocin receptors in the brain. Life pair bonders, like prairie voles or, indeed, ourselves, have a high density of receptors in the reward centre of the brain. Non-pair bonders, like meadow voles, certainly enjoy sex, but their lower density of receptors means it doesn't matter so much who the partner is. So it's not the oxytocin itself making sex enjoyable. What it's doing is influencing our mating behaviour.

It is highly important to understand that MT2 itself does not protect skin from burning, tan protects your skin. Until some base tan is developed users should still take care not to over-expose skin to uv rays. Starting only with the amount of exposure that the user's skin can handle without burning. It should not take long before the user can handle longer exposures to strong sunlight without adverse effects.
About three months after quitting, I did have a major relapse, which was falling back into old habits for about two weeks. I don’t recall any literature (research or anecdotal) suggesting that TB 500 showed efficacy with regard to repair of brain tissue. I have however read anecdotal comments regarding N-Acetyl Semax Amidate with regard to increase in BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor) and the growth of new neurons. I am currently testing N-Acetyl Semax Amidate for its nootropic properties however I have read post in which people suggest that it is “healing” brain damage.

I had tennis elbow on both arms for over 3 years now. Had one surgery on the R, countless PRPs, and a stem cell treatment on both but still to no avail. Pain on the L never eased up and I just had my 3rd PRP booster injections yesterday after having my stem cells 2 months ago. So can you tell me if BPC 157 or TB 500 better suits my situation.
